உக்கிரங்கொண்டு ஓயாத அடியாய் ஜனங்களை அடித்து, கோபமாய் ஜாதிகளை அரசாண்டவன், தடுப்பாரில்லாமல் துன்பப்படுத்தப்படுகிறான்.
