அதின் தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் அபத்தமானதைத் தரிசித்து, பொய்ச்சாஸ்திரத்தை அவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லி, கர்த்தர் உரைக்காதிருந்தும், கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைத்தாரென்று சொல்லி, அவர்களுக்குச் சாரமற்ற சாந்தைப் பூசுகிறார்கள்.

“தீர்க்கதரிசிகள் ஜனங்களை எச்சரிப்பதில்லை. அவர்கள் உண்மையை மூடினார்கள். அவர்கள் சுவர் கட்டத்தெரியாத வேலைக்காரர்களைப் போன்றவர்கள். அவர்கள் துவாரங்களில் சாந்தை மட்டும் பூசுகிறவர்கள். அவர்கள் பொய்களை மட்டும் பேசுகிறார்கள். அவர்கள் எதிர்காலத்தை அறிந்துகொள்ள மந்திரத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துகிறார்கள். அவர்கள், ‘எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இவற்றைக் கூறுகிறார்’ என்று சொல்கிறார்கள். ஆனால் அவர்கள் பொய்களை மட்டும் சொல்கிறார்கள். கர்த்தர் அவர்களோடு பேசவில்லை!
