சமாதானம் இல்லாதிருந்தும் சமாதானமென்று சொல்லி, அவர்கள் என் ஜனத்தை மோசம்போக்குகிறார்கள்; ஒருவன் மண்சுவரை வைக்கிறான்; இதோ, மற்றவர்கள் சாரமில்லாத சாந்தை அதற்குப் பூசுகிறார்கள்.

அசீரியாவின் அரசன் இஸ்ரவேலரை சமாரியாவிலிருந்து வெளியேற்றினான். பிறகு அவன் பாபிலோன், கூத்தா, ஆபா, ஆமாத், செப்பர்வாயிமிலும் ஆகிய நாடுகளிலிருந்து ஜனங்களை அங்கே குடியேற்றினான். அவர்கள் சமாரியாவிலும் அதைச் சுற்றியுள்ள இடங்களிலும் வாழ்ந்தனர்.
