யாத்திராகமம் 6:1
அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நான் பார்வோனுக்குச் செய்வதை இப்பொழுது காண்பாய்; பலத்த கையைக் கண்டு அவர்களைப் போகவிட்டு, பலத்த கையைக் கண்டு அவர்களைத் தன் தேசத்திலிருந்து துரத்தி விடுவான் என்றார்.

அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நான் பார்வோனுக்குச் செய்வதை இப்பொழுது காண்பாய்; என் வலிமையான கையைக் கண்டு அவர்களைப் போகவிட்டு, அவர்களைத் தன்னுடைய தேசத்திலிருந்து துரத்திவிடுவான் என்றார்.

அப்போது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி, “நான் பார்வோனுக்குச் செய்யப்போவதை நீ இப்போது காண்பாய். அவனுக்கு எதிராக என் மகா வல்லமையைப் பயன்படுத்துவேன். அவன் என் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடுவான். அவர்களை அனுப்ப மிக்க ஆயத்தத்தோடு இருப்பான். அவர்கள் போகும்படியாக அவன் கட்டாயப்படுத்துவான்” என்றார்.

ஆண்டவர் மோசேயை நோக்கி, “நான் பார்வோனுக்குச் செய்யப்போவதை நீ இப்போது காண்பாய்; என் கைவன்மை கண்டு அவன் அவர்களைப் போக விடுவான்; தன் நாட்டிலிருந்து துரத்தியும் விடுவான்” என்றார்.
