அர்னோன் ஆற்றங்கரையில் இருக்கிற ஆரோவேரும் ஆற்றண்டையில் இருக்கிற பட்டணமும் தொடங்கி, கீலேயாத்வரைக்கும் நமக்கு எதிர்த்துநிற்கத்தக்க அரணிப்பான பட்டணம் இருந்ததில்லை, எல்லாவற்றையும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நமக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.

அர்னோன் ஆற்றங்கரையில் இருக்கிற ஆரோவேரும், ஆற்றுக்கு அருகிலிருக்கிற பட்டணமும் துவங்கி, கீலேயாத்வரைக்கும் நமக்கு எதிர்த்து நிற்கத்தக்க பாதுகாப்பான பட்டணம் இருந்ததில்லை, எல்லாவற்றையும் நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் நமக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.

அர்னோன் பள்ளத்தாக்கின் ஓரத்திலிருந்த ஆரோவேரையும் அப்பள்ளத்தாக்கின் மையத்திலிருந்த வேறொரு நகரையும் வென்றோம். அர்னோன் பள்ளத்தாக்கிலிருந்து கீலேயாத் வரைக்குமான எல்லா நகரங்களையும் வெல்லும் வல்லமையை கர்த்தர் நமக்குக் கொடுத்தார். எந்த நகரமும் நம்மைவிட வலிமையில் மிஞ்சியிருக்கவில்லை.
