தேவனை அறியும் அறிவைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டிருக்க அவர்களுக்கு மனதில்லாதிருந்தபடியால், தகாதவைகளைச் செய்யும்படி, தேவன் அவர்களைக் கேடான சிந்தைக்கு ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.

ஆம், தேவன் இந்தக் காரியங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் செய்தார். ஆகவே தமக்கு சேவை செய்கிற மக்களை எப்படி இரட்சிப்பது என கர்த்தர் அறிவார். மேலும் நியாயம்தீர்க்கிற நாள்வரை தீயவர்களைத் தண்டிப்பது எப்படி என்றும் அறிவார்.
