ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਵੇਗਾ, ਗੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਗੋਗ। ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੰਗ ਲਈ ਇੱਕਸਾਥ ਇੱਕਤ੍ਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕੰਢੇ ਦੀ ਰੇਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਜਾਪਣਗੇ।

ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੂਤਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਬਦਰੂਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਜੰਗ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗਈਆਂ।
ਪਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ 20:10
ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ (ਜਿਸਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ,) ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਗੰਧਕ ਦੀ ਬਲਦੀ ਝੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉੱਥੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਤ ਸਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਕਸ਼ਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।

ਦੂਤ ਨੇ ਅਜਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਹੀਣ ਖੱਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਦੂਤ ਨੇ ਤਲਹੀਣ ਖੱਡ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਗਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੀ ਤਾਲਾ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਅਜਗਰ ਅਗਲੇ 1000 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤਾਈਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਮਰਾਹ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੇ। 1000 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਦ ਅਜਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਅਜ਼ਾਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈਣਾ ਸੀ।

ਇਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਇੰਨਾ ਬਿਰਧ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਰਨ ਕੰਢੇ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਏ, ਜਿੰਨੇ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਤਾਰੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹਨ।

ਗੋਗ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ,

ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਵੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਉਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਆਕਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਰੇ ਹਨ-ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਤਨੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜਿਤਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕੰਢੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਨੇ-ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਕਦਾ।”
ਯਸਈਆਹ 10:22
ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲੋਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਰੇਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਹੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲ ਵਾਪਸ ਪਰਤਣ ਲਈ ਬਚੇ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲ ਪਰਤ ਆਉਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤਬਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਨੇਕੀ ਦਾ ਅਗਮਾਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਉਸ ਨਦੀ ਵਰਗੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਵਗਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਰੇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਣਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸੀ। ਲੋਕ ਖਾ-ਪੀ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਖੁਸ਼ ਸਨ।
੧ ਸਮੋਈਲ 13:5
ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਲੜਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ 3,000 ਰੱਥ ਅਤੇ 6,000 ਘੁੜ-ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਸਿਪਾਹੀ ਇੰਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹੋਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਕਮਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ। (ਮਿਕਮਾਸ਼ ਬੈਤਆਵਨ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਹੈ।)
ਕਜ਼ਾૃ 7:12
ਮਿਦਯਾਨ ਲੋਕ, ਅਮਾਲੇਕ ਲੋਕ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਈ ਬੈਠੇ ਸਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇੰਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਬੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਟਿੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਜਾਪਦੇ ਸਨ। ਇਉਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਇੰਨੇ ਊਠ ਹਨ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਕੰਢੇ ਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਕਣ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
