ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੋਆਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਯਰਦਨ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਕੰਢੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੈਤ ਯਸ਼ਿਮੋਥ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਕਾਸੀਆ ਖੈਰ ਤੱਕ ਫ਼ੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਉਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰੋ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਮੋਆਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਬਲਾਕ ਨੇ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰੋ ਬਉਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੇ ਬਾਲਾਕ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰੋ, ਸ਼ਿੱਟੀਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗਿਲਗਾਲ ਤੀਕ ਕੀ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣ ਜਾਵੋਗੇ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਹੀ ਹੈ।”
