Luke 20:34
ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਸਦੂਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਨੂਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ, ਲੋਕ ਖਾਂਦੇ-ਪੀਂਦੇ, ਵਿਆਹ ਕਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਤਦ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਲੋਕ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਗਏ।

ਪਰ ਉੱਥੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਖਤਰਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਔਰਤ ਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਿਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪੀ ਪਰੱਖੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਪਾਪ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
