Luke 10:39
ਮਾਰਥਾ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਭੈਣ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਮਰਿਯਮ ਸੀ। ਮਰਿਯਮ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।

ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਵੇਖਣ ਲਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲੇ ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਯਿਸੂ ਕੋਲ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਾ ਪਾਇਆ। ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਵੀ ਸਹੀ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਭੂਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।

ਸੁਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਬੰਦਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਧੰਨ ਹੈ ਉਹ। ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹਰ ਦਿਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰ ਉੱਤੇ। ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ, ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰ ਉੱਤੇ।
ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 12:3
ਮਰਿਯਮ ਨੇ ਨਰਦ ਦੀ ਜੜ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਣੇ ਮਹਿੰਗੇ ਅਤਰ ਦਾ ਅੱਧਾ ਸੇਰ ਲਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਚਰਣਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਡੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰ ਪੂੰਝੇ। ਸਾਰਾ ਘਰ ਅਤਰ ਦੀ ਸੁਗੰਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਿਆ।
ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ 22:3
ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਇੱਕ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਕਿਲਿਕਿਯਾ ਤੇ ਤਰਸੁੱਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਗਮਲੀਏਲ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਡੇਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਇਆ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਬੜਾ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਥੇ ਅੱਜ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 33:3
ਹਾਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਦਮੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹ ਵਿਖਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ!

ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂਆਂ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਬੈਠਿਆਂ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਨ ਪੁੱਛਦਿਆਂ ਲੱਭਿਆ।

ਮੈਂ ਆਸ਼ਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋਵੋ। ਇੱਕ ਅਣਵਿਆਹਿਆ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁੱਝਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
