ਬਓਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਬਲਾ ਉਹ ਰਾਜਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਅਦੋਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਦਿਨਹਾਬਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ।
