Acts 5:40
ਫ਼ਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਸੱਦਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੁੱਟਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਗੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜੋ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ। ਇਹ ਆਖਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਬੜੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਯਿਸੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਵੇਖੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ? ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇੰਝ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਦਾ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।”
ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ 4:17
ਪਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਫ਼ੈਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਆਉ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕਾਈਏ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਯਿਸੂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲਣਗੇ।”
ਯੂਹੰਨਾ 19:1
ਤਦ ਫਿਰ ਪਿਲਾਤੁਸ ਨੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਕੇ ਕੋੜੇ ਮਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਸਮਾਂ ਆਉਣ ਤੇ ਰੁੱਤ ਸਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਕਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਗੂਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਦੇਣ। ਪਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੱਥੀਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵੇਖੋ ਮੈਂ ਨਬੀਆਂ, ਗਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਦੇਵੋਂਗੇ; ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲੀਬ ਦੇ ਦਿਉਂਗੇ, ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ-ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋੜੇ ਮਾਰੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੋਂ-ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ।
ਮੀਕਾਹ 2:6
ਮੀਕਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਣਾ ਲੋਕ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬੁਰੇ ਵਾਕ ਨਾ ਆਖ ਸਾਡਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਗੜ੍ਹੇਗਾ।”
ਆਮੋਸ 2:12
“ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਜ਼ੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਅ ਪਿਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗੰਮ ਵਾਕ ਆਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ।
ਯਸਈਆਹ 30:10
ਉਹ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ, “ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਨਾ ਲਵੋ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ! ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਨਾ ਦੱਸੋ! ਸਾਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ-ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਨ ਦਿਓ! ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਦੇਖੋ!
ਅਮਸਾਲ 12:10
ਇੱਕ ਨੇਕ ਬੰਦਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਵੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਹਰ ਸਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਲਮ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
