Romans 9:7
ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਲਾਦ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹੀ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ: “ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਹੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇਮਕ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।”

Luke 16:24

“ਪਰ ਉਸ ਧਨਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਨਹੀਂ ਪਿਤਾ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ! ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਮੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਦਲ ਲੈਣਗੇ।’

ਮੈਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ਼ ਹੋ। ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਬੂਲਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਜੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ।
Galatians 4:23

Philippians 3:3
ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੱਚੀ ਸੁੰਨਤ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੁਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਮਸੀਹ ਯਿਸੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
