ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: ਓਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਟੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਬਚਾਓ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਲੁਟੇਰੇ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਲੁੱਟਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਯਤੀਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਾ ਦਿਓ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ। ਮਾਸੂਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਤਲ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।

Jeremiah 5:28
