ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਝਗੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖਲ ਦੇਵੇ ਉਸ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਖਿੱਚਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ।
