Proverbs 24
15 -27- ਕਿਸੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਵਾਂਗ, ਧਰਮੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਰਹੋ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਨ੍ਹ ਨਾ ਮਾਰੋ।
16 ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਧਰਮੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸੱਤ ਵਾਰੀ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਵੇ, ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਉੱਠ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਲੋਕ ਲੜਖ੍ਹਹਕੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
15 Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his resting place:
16 For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
