Proverbs 22
26 -3- ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।
27 ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋ ਉਸਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਗੁਆਉਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਤੇਰਾ ਬਿਸਤਰਾ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੇਠੋਂ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
26 Be not thou one of them that strike hands, or of them that are sureties for debts.
27 If thou hast nothing to pay, why should he take away thy bed from under thee?
