ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਬੁਲਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਮਹਾਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਾਗਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਰਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਫ਼ੈਲਦੀ ਹੈ।
