ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਰੋ-ਰੋ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਟਿਕਾਣਾ ਹੋ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਦੇ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ।”

| and my portion | חֶ֝לְקִ֗י | ḥelqî | HEL-KEE |
| land the in | בְּאֶ֣רֶץ | bĕʾereṣ | beh-EH-rets |
| of the living. | הַֽחַיִּים׃ | haḥayyîm | HA-ha-yeem |
