ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਆਦਮੀ 50 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
