ਗਿਣਤੀ 35:24
ਜੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਕੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਕੀ ਮਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੰਦਾ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਉਸ ਕਾਤਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
