ਪਰ ਰਊਬੇਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਦ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ-ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ, ਮੂਸਾ ਕੋਲ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਥੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉਸਾਰਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਾੜੇ।
