Numbers 19:22
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਅਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰਹੇਗਾ।”

ਅਹਬਾਰ 5:2
“ਜਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲਵੇ। ਇਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਪਾਲਤੂ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਰੀਂਗਦੇ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਚੇਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲਿਆ, ਪਰ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 7:19
“ਇਹ ਵੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਮਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾੜ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪਾਕ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸੁੱਖ-ਸਾਂਦ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦਾ ਮਾਸ ਖਾ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 15:5
ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਬਿਸਤਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਧੋ ਲੈਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਧੋ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਪਲੀਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
