Matthew 21:18
ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਿਖਾਈ ਅਗਲੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਜਦ ਯਿਸੂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵੱਲ ਮੁੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਖ ਲੱਗੀ।

ਇਬਰਾਨੀਆਂ 4:15
ਯਿਸੂ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ, ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਧਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਜਿਉਂਇਆ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਤਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।
ਲੋਕਾ 4:2
ਉੱਥੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੈਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਚਾਲੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਰੱਖਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨੇ ਦਿਨ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਧਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੜੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਲੱਗੀ।
