ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਕਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਸਿੱਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਸਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਹੈ? ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਿਸਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ?” ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਇਸਤੇ ਕੈਸਰ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ।”

ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਣੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਉੱਪਰ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ: “ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹਨ।” ਇਹ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ: “ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।”

ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਥੰਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਮੰਦਰ ਛੱਡਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਲਿਖ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਲਿਖ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨਵਾਂ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਨਾਮ ਵੀ ਲਿਖ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
