Leviticus 6:3
ਜਾਂ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੀ ਗੁਆਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭ ਲਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲੇ। ਜਾਂ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਾਸੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਝੂਠੀ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਪ ਕਰੋ।

ਅਹਬਾਰ 19:12
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ (ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੂਠੀ ਸਾਖੀ ਬਾਬਤ) ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਝੂਠੀ ਕਸਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ। ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 22:9
“ਜੇ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਬਲਦ ਜਾਂ ਖੋਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਭੇਡ ਜਾਂ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੁਆਚੀ ਹੋਈ ਚੀਜ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਝਗੜਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਖੇ, ‘ਇਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੈ’, ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਆਖੇ, ‘ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਹੈ’, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਘੋਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
ਅਸਤਸਨਾ 22:1
ਹੋਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ “ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੀ ਗਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਭੇਡ ਖੁਲ੍ਹ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਣਡਿਠ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਕੋਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਵੋ।

ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਅਮੀਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਪੁੱਛਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ? ਨਾਹੀ ਇੰਨਾ ਗਰੀਬ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਰਮਸਾਰੀ ਲਿਆਵਾਂ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 5:2
ਲੋਕੀ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਆਖਦੇ ਨੇ, ‘ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਨਾਜ਼ਰ ਹੈ।’ ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਾਵ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ।”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 7:9
ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਾਪ ਕਰੋਗੇ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠੇ ਮੁਕਦਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫ਼ਸਾਓਁਗੇ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਬਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰੋਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲਗੋਗੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ?
ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਯਾਹ 5:4
ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਭੇਜਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੌਂਹ ਖਾਕੇ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੁਕਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਹੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰੇਗੀ।”
ਮਲਾਕੀ 3:5
ਫ਼ਿਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਰਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਉਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਉਸ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ ਜੋ ਨਿਆਂਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਸ਼ਮਦੀਦ ਗਵਾਹ ਵਾਂਗ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਦੱਸੇਗਾ। ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ, ਮਜਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜਦੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਕੇ ਧੋਖਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਯਾਤੀਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਲੋਕ ਭੈ ਨਹੀਂ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ।” ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਕਹੇ।
