Leviticus 3:3
ਸੁੱਖ-ਸਾਂਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਅੱਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਗਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਲੀ ਲਿਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਜੋ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਆਸੀਂ-ਪਾਸੀਂ ਹੈ, ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਲਦ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਕਰ ਲਵੇ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਹਿਸਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਹੈ।

“ਫ਼ੇਰ ਭੇਡੂ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ। (ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਭੇਡੂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਧਾਨ ਜਾਜਕ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਰਸਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।) ਪੂਛ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜਿਗਰ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਗੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਗੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਣਾ।
ਰੋਮੀਆਂ 6:6
ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਪਾਪੀ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਲੀਬ ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪੀ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਦਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਖਤਿਆਰ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਪ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਨਾ ਹੋਈਏ।
ਰੋਮੀਆਂ 5:5
ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਉਮੀਦ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੀ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਛਿੜਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਾਤ ਹੈ।
ਮੱਤੀ 15:8
‘ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ।

ਯਸਈਆਹ 6:10
ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਬਲ ਭੂਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਦਿਓ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਯੋਗ ਬਣਾ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੇਖੀਆਂ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਨਾ ਸੱਕਣ। ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੋਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕੰਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸਮਝ ਜਾਣ। ਲੋਕ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਸਮਝ ਲੈਣ। ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਪਰਤ ਆਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਖਸ਼ੇ ਜਾਣ।”

-17- ਮੇਰੇ ਬੇਟੇ, ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਆਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣੋ। ਮੇਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਬਣਾਵੋ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 119:70
ਬਹੁਤ ਲੋਕ ਮੂਰਖ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਅਹਬਾਰ 7:3
“ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਰਬੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੂਛ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਚਰਬੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਭੇਟ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 3:16
ਫ਼ੇਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾੜਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਅੱਗ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭੋਜਨ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੀ ਸੁਗੰਧ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੀ ਚਰਬੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਹੈ।
