Leviticus 18:18
“ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਹਾਲੇ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਨਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ।

ਲੇਆਹ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਤੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਖੋਹ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੁੱਲ ਵੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈਂ।” ਪਰ ਰਾਖੇਲ ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ, “ਜੇ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੁੱਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦੇਵੇਂਗੀ ਤਾਂ ਤੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਨਾਲ ਸੌਂ ਸੱਕਦੀ ਹੈਂ।”

ਪਰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋੜੋ। ਪੰਜ ਪਰਦੇ ਜੋੜਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਬਣਾਉ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜ ਪਰਦੇ ਜੋੜਕੇ ਦੂਸਰਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਬਣਾਉ।

ਪਨਿੰਨਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੰਨਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਚੈਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਨਿੰਨਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਸੌਁਕਣ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੜਾ ਤੰਗ ਕਰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਵਿਖਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੰਨਾਹ ਬੈਔਲਾਦੀ ਸੀ। ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਇੰਝ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦਾ।
ਮਲਾਕੀ 2:15
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਪਤੀ-ਪਤਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਜਿਸਮ, ਇੱਕ ਰੂਹ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਣ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਫ਼ਰੇਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਉਹ ਜੁਆਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੰਗ-ਸੰਗ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
