ਇਹ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੇਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਦਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀਰਜ ਵਗ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ।
