Leviticus 15:24
“ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਵਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਸੰਭੋਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸੱਤਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਲੀਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਹਰ ਉਹ ਬਿਸਤਰ ਜਿਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਦਮੀ ਸੌਵੇਗਾ, ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

“ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਵਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਜਿਸਨੀ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਹ ਨੇਕ ਬੰਦਾ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਏ ਗਏ ਭੋਜਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਉਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚਲੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭਚਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। ਉਹ ਮਹਾਵਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਭੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 15:33
ਇਹ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਹਵਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਖੂਨ ਨਾਲ ਪਲੀਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੁਭਾਵਿਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੇਹ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਾਪਾਕ ਔਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਭੋਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵਿਆਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦੋ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪੀ ਪਰੱਖੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਪਾਪ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਜੀਉ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਆਰੇ ਮਿੱਤਰੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਿਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੋ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਇੱਛਾਵਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਰੂਹ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
