ਇਹ ਨੇਮ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਮੜੀ ਦੇ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਪਾਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।
