Leviticus 14:19
“ਫ਼ੇਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨੂੰ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਪਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸਤੋਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ, ਜਾਜਕ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਲਈ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੇਗਾ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਜਕ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਲਈ ਪਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

ਅਹਬਾਰ 5:6
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਪ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਕਰੀ ਲਿਆਉਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਜਾਜਕ ਉਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਪ ਲਈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਪਰਾਸਚਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
ਅਹਬਾਰ 12:6
“ਆਪਣੇ ਪਾਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਜਾਂ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਮੰਡਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਮ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਲੇਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਘੁੱਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਬੂਤਰ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਹੀਣ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪੀ ਸੁਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਕੀਤਾ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸੱਕੀ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਢ਼ਾਵੇ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਪਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੰਦਣ ਲਈ ਇਨਸਾਨੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
੨ ਕੁਰਿੰਥੀਆਂ 5:21
ਮਸੀਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪਾਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਪ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਮੀ ਬਣ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ।
