Lamentations 2:13
ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੀਏ ਧੀਏ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਆਖਾਂ? ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੀਏ ਕੁਆਰੀਏ ਧੀਏ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੇਵਾਂ? ਤੇਰੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਰਾਜੀ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਤੁਸੀ ਕੋਈ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਜਾਪਦੇ। ਪਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਵੇਖੋ। ਕੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਰਦ ਵਰਗਾ, ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਦਰਦ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਉਸ ਦਰਦ ਵਰਗਾ ਕੋਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦਰਦ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ? ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਹਾਂ ਕਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 30:12
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕੋ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਜ਼ਖਮ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸੱਕਦਾ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਚੋਟ ਲਗੀ ਹੈ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 14:17
“ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਸੁਣਾ: ‘ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੰਝੂ ਭਰੇ ਨੇ। ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ-ਰਾਤ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਰੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁਆਰੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ (ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ) ਲਈ ਰੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਕਿਉਂ? ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਚਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਨੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 8:22
ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਗਿਲਆਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਦਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਿਕਿਤਸੱਕ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਖਮ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ?

ਤਦ ਦਾਊਦ ਬਆਲ ਪਰਾਸੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ, ਉੱਥੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਝ ਨਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬੰਧ ਟੁੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਣੀ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਵਹਾਅ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।” ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ “ਬਆਲ ਪਰਾਸੀਮ” ਰੱਖਿਆ।
ਦਾਨੀ ਐਲ 9:12
“ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਰਨੀਆਂ ਸਨ-ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵਾਪਰਨ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ।

ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹਾਂ, ਸੂਰ! ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਜੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਬਾਰ-ਬਾਰ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੰਢੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਹਿਰਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 51:8
ਪਰ ਬਾਬਲ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਲਈ ਰੋਵੋ! ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਰਦ ਦੀ ਦਾਰੂ ਕਰੋ! ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਉਹ ਠੀਕ ਹੋ ਸੱਕੇ!
ਯਸਈਆਹ 37:22
“ਸਨਹੇਰੀਬ ਬਾਰੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਇਉਂ ਹੈ: ‘ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ, ਸੀਯੋਨ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੀ ਕਂਵਾਰੀ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੀ। ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ। ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੀ ਪੁੱਤਰੀ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਤੇਰਾ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 60:2
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਹਿਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਕੇ ਖਲਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਬਿੱਖਰਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦਯਾ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਰੱਖੋ।
