ਗਿਦਾਉਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਉਹ ਬੰਦੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਰਾ ਸਨ! ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ! ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਖੀ ਹੈ, ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਮੈਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਮਾਰਨਾ।”
