Job 24:20
ਬੁਰਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੀੜਾ ਉਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਗਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਲਠ੍ਠ ਵਾਂਗ ਟੁੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਯਸਈਆਹ 26:14
ਉਹ ਮੁਰਦਾ (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ) ਕਦੇ ਜਿਉਂਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਹ ਭੂਤ ਕਦੇ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਉਭਰਨਗੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ। ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹਰ ਉਹ ਚੀਜ਼ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਣ ਵੱਲ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਡੇਗਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਹਾੜਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ, ਹਰ ਉਹ ਰੁੱਖ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਫਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਵੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
