ਪਰ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨੇਕ ਸਲਾਹ ਅਤ ਸਮਝਦਾਰੀ ਉਸੇ ਦੀ ਹੈ।
