ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਗਿਬੀਹ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਭ੍ਰਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
