ਹਿਜ਼ ਕੀ ਐਲ 6:8
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚ ਕੇ ਨਿਕਲ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।

| have may ye that | בִּהְי֥וֹת | bihyôt | bee-YOTE |
| escape shall that some | לָכֶ֛ם | lākem | la-HEM |
| the sword | פְּלִ֥יטֵי | pĕlîṭê | peh-LEE-tay |
| among the nations, | חֶ֖רֶב | ḥereb | HEH-rev |
| scattered be shall ye when | בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם | baggôyim | ba-ɡoh-YEEM |
| through the countries. | בְּהִזָּרֽוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם | bĕhizzārôtêkem | beh-hee-za-roh-tay-HEM |
| בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃ | bāʾărāṣôt | ba-uh-ra-TSOTE |
