ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਰੱਖ ਲਿਆ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉੱਥੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜੀਵਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਿਆ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
