ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਰੱਖਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀ ਉਮਰ ਉਸ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਸਿੱਖਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਸਿੱਖਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਹੁਕਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
