ਮੈਂ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਪਰੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਉਤਰ ਆਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੈਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਨ।”

ਮੂਸਾ ਦਾ ਚਮਕਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਸੀਨਈ ਪਰਬਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਉਤਰ ਆਇਆ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਤਖਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮੂਸਾ ਦਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਚਮਕ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 40:20
ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਮਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੋਬਾਂ ਰੱਖੀਆਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਉੱਪਰ ਕੱਜਣ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 25:16
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ। ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣਾ।

ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੂਸਾ ਪਰਬਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਚੱਲਾ ਗਿਆ। ਮੂਸਾ ਕੋਲ ਪੱਥਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਤਖਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਹੀ ਪਾਸੀਂ, ਸਿਧੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਠੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।

ਸੁਨਿਹਰੀ ਵੱਛਾ “ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮੁੜ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਤੋਂ ਹੇਠਾ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੱਥਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ।

ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੀ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਲਿਖਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਸਨ-ਉਹ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾ ਜਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਤੂੰ ਭੰਨ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਦੇਵੀ।’

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੋਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਨਾ ਲੰਮਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਚੋਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਕੋਠੜੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਬਾਹਰੋ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਨ ਦਿੱਸਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਦਿਨ ਤੀਕ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਹਨ।
