ਪਰ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੇ ਚਾਹਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਸਰਿਯਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕੈਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੋ ਮੈਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੌਲੁਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਰੱਖੋ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਸਰ ਕੋਲ ਨਾ ਭੇਜ ਦੇਵਾਂ।”
