ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਬਰੋਥ ਹੱਤਾਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਸੇਰੋਥ ਪਹੁੰਚਕੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਠਹਿਰ ਗਏ।

ਮੂਸਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਉਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਦੋਂ ਆਖੀਆਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਯਰਦਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਅੰਦਰ ਸਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਜਗ਼੍ਹਾ ਸੂਫ਼ ਦੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਪਾਰਾਨ ਪਰਬਤ, ਤੋਂਫ਼ਲ, ਲਾਬਾਨ ਹਸੇਰੋਥ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਜ਼ਾਹਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚਕਾਰ ਸੀ।
