Jeremiah 27:4
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ਵਾਹਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੀਂ, ‘ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖੋ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਸਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ

ਮੂਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੂਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਹਟੇ, ਉਹ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਵੱਲ ਚੱਲੇ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ‘ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰੂਥਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣ ਦਿਓ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਵਤ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਣ।’”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 10:10
ਪਰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਜੀਵਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਹਕੀਮਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਧਰਤੀ ਹਿੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਕਹਿਰਵਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕ ਸੱਕਦੇ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 10:16
ਪਰ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਜਿਆ। ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉਹ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੈ।
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 25:27
“ਯਿਰਮਿਯਾਹ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ, ਇਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ‘ਮੇਰੇ ਕਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪਿਆਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਵੋ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਕੇ ਬਦਮਸਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਲਟੀਆਂ ਕਰੋ! ਢਹਿ ਪਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉੱਠੋ ਨਾ। ਉੱਠੋ ਨਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਭੇਜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ।’
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 51:19
ਪਰ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਹਿੱਸਾ (ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ) ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਕੰਮੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੰਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਸਾਜੀ, ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਰਬ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੈ।
