ਮੈਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਸੁਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਿਉਣਾ ਹਰਾਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੀਤ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਮਰ ਗਿਆ। ਪਰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਸੁਣ ਲਈ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 3:7
ਤਾਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਦੇਖੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੱਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਸੁਣ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 1:22
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ; “ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਓ। ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਜਨਮੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਵੱਸ਼ ਹੀ ਨੀਲ ਨਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿਓ।”

ਤਾਂ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਸਖਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਖ਼ਰੋਜ 1:11
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਿਸਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਕੰਮ ਨਿਰੀਖਕ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਫ਼ਿਰਊਨ ਲਈ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਫ਼ਿਤੋਮ ਤੇ ਰਾਮਸੇਸ ਉਸਾਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਮੀਕਾਹ 2:1
ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਪੀ ਵਿਉਂਤਾਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਦੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੰਕਟ ਆਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੰਜਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਪੈਕੇ ਰਾਤ ਭਰ ਬਦੀ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਚੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਬਦੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਭਲਾ ਕਿਉਂ-ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਮਨ-ਇੱਛਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਆਮੋਸ 4:1
ਵਿਲਾਸੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਸੁਣੋ ਸਾਮਰਿਯਾ ਪਹਾੜ ਉੱਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਓ ਬਾਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੀਓ ਗਊਓ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਸਲਦੀਆਂ ਹੋ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਦੀਆਂ ਹੋ, “ਸਾਡੇ ਪੀਣ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਲਿਆਵੋ।”
ਯਰਮਿਆਹ 50:33
ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ: “ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਤਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੜ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
ਵਾਈਜ਼ 5:8
ਹਰ ਹਾਕਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਤੇ ਅਤਿਆਚ੍ਚਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ੍ਵੀਕਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖੋਁ, ਅਚਂਭਿਤ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੋ। ਹਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਉੱਪਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਅਗਾਂਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਨ।
ਵਾਈਜ਼ 4:1
ਕੀ ਮਰਨਾ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੈ? ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫੇਰ, ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਤਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੰਝੂ ਦੇਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਇੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਮੈਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਾਲਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਸਾਰੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਕੂਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਤਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਨ।
ਅਮਸਾਲ 22:22
-1- ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਨਾ ਸਤਾਓ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਗਰੀਬ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੋ।
ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 12:5
ਪਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ, “ਬੁਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗਰੀਬੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਬੇਸਹਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲ ਲੁੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਥੱਕਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਖਲੋਵਾਂਗਾ।”
