2 Samuel 14:13
ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ? ਹਾਂ! ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਇਉਂ ਜਾਪਦੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ! ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਘਰੋ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਦਿਆ।

ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਸ ਲਈ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ? ਹਾਂ! ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਆਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਇਉਂ ਜਾਪਦੇ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ! ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਸ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਬਰਦਸਤੀ ਘਰੋ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਪਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੱਦਿਆ।
