੨ ਸਲਾਤੀਨ 10:32-33

32 In those days the Lord began to cut Israel short: and Hazael smote them in all the coasts of Israel;

33 From Jordan eastward, all the land of Gilead, the Gadites, and the Reubenites, and the Manassites, from Aroer, which is by the river Arnon, even Gilead and Bashan.

32 ਹਜ਼ਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਭਾਗ-ਖੰਡ ਕਰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਲੱਗਾ। ਅਰਾਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹਜ਼ਾਏਲ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਹੱਦ ਤੋਂ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਲੱਗਾ।

33 ਯਰਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਗਿਲਆਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਦੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਰਊਬੇਨੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਮਨਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਰੋਏਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜੋ ਅਰਨੋਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਦੀ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਲਆਦ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਸ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
