ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੜੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ।

ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੜੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ।
