ਤਦ ਈਜ਼ਬਲ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਖਤ ਲਿਖੇ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਖਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੋਹਰ ਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਹਾਬ ਦੀ ਮੋਹਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਜਣਾ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਨਬੋਥ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਸੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ।
