ਬਆਸ਼ਾ ਮਰਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਤਿਰਸਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਬਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਬਾਦ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਏਲਾਹ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ।

ਬਆਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਮਿਲੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਰਾਮਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੁਕ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਿਰਸਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਵਸਿਆ।

ਯਾਰਾਬੁਆਮ ਨੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ 22 ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਰਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਸਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਦਫ਼ਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਾਦਾਬ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਣਿਆ।

ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ, ਨਾਦਾਬ ਯਾਰਾਬੁਆਮ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਾਦਾਬ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਆਸਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਾਲ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉੱਪਰ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉੱਪਰ ਰਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ।
੧ ਸਲਾਤੀਨ 16:8
ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ, ਏਲਾਹ ਆਸਾ ਦੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ 26 ਵੇਂ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਏਲਾਹ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਬਣਿਆ। ਏਲਾਹ ਬਆਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤਿਰਸਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਬਆਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਏਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਹੀ ਪਾਪ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਪਾਪ ਕਰਵਾਏ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
